Syue Mountain Trail

Syue Mountain Trail starts from Syueshan Horst, extending eastward to East Peak of Syue Mountain and Cijiawan Creek Valley . With the development of Wuling Farm in 1969, China Youth Nation Salvation Corps and Dajia Forest District Office of Forestry Bureau used the roads in the farm to construct a short cut from East Peak to Main Peak of Syue Mountain, later building Cika and Sanlioujiou Cabins. This convenient mountaineering trail equipped with complete accommodation facilities is one of the most popular mountain trails.

In the 1990s, mountain-climbers shortened a 40- to 50-minute uphill journal by moving the trailhead up to the top of the farm. Afterwards, Shei-Pa National Park established Trailhead Service Station of Syue Mountain here and dispatched personnel to control the number of climbers entering this area. In terms of time, distance, and popularity, Syue Mountain Trail is unquestionably the most convenient trail up to Main Peak of Syue Mountain. By means of this trail, it takes 3 days and 2 nights for a round trip.
